All prices on this catalogue are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our catalogue may be incorrectly priced. Where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Costa Shop and Drop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Returns Policy
Fresh and Frozen products have to be examined at the point of delivery, either with the driver or with your local agent at the collection point, as no return will be accepted after.
You may return most dry store items (ambient products) within 72 hours of delivery for a full refund or credit note, should there be any quality concerns. To do this, notify us using the whatsapp number, telephone number or contacting your local agent.
We will arrange for the items to be collected and when we have received the items and are satisfied they are returned in the condition which they were sold a refund will be issued.
You will be notified by email that the refund has been issued for your records.
(If you have paid by card the refund may take 4-7 business days to enter your bank account).
